Shipping Policies
We ship our delicious gourmet candy apples fresh to your door! All of our shipping is calculated based on the weight of the products purchased. You can view your partially discounted rates on the cart summary page. We reserve the right to update packaging and package contents that are of greater or equal value for out of stock filler items.
We ship all of our orders signature release. This means that your order does not require a signature to be accepted. Since our products are perishable we require that you have someone at your destination to receive the package to avoid any issues. Our climate protection is only meant during transit, not for sitting outside or unattended for a period of time. We do not offer refunds if your package was shipped on time and was lost or delivered late by the shipping carrier that you selected at checkout.

Neither FedEx, UPS, or The Candi Queen is responsible for a package once it is delivered. When a package is delivered, it is officially released and neither the shipping company nor The Candi Queen can control or influence what happens to it after delivery; therefore, we cannot be held responsible.
If your shipping destination is warmer than 69°F during transit time, we add climate protection to your order which includes our high heat recycled biodegradable insulation and special -30°F ice bricks to protect your shipment.
Please be aware that Sunday and holidays do not factor in as actual shipping or transit days. For this reason, we can't offer shipping options specifically on these days. Deliveries on Saturday utilizing Ground Home Delivery (where applicable), 2 Day Air, or Next Day Air with Saturday delivery is available in most areas.

Please be advised that we DO NOT ship packages to P.O. Boxes. Our packages can only be shipped to physical addresses where the recipient will be present. We cannot fully guarantee shipping to hospitals, hotels, resorts, grade schools, or universities. Please ensure the person will be there to accept the delivery and notify someone on duty of its upcoming arrival.
It is up to the sole discretion of the FedEx driver as to whether or not it is safe to leave the package. This is why we recommend shipping to a specific person or direct address.
Please be aware that arrival time varies depending on the FedEx route. For Next Day Air Saver, delivery is the next business day delivery by 3:00 p.m. or 4:30 p.m. to commercial addresses and by end of day to residential addresses; where Next Day Air delivery is committed by 10:30 a.m. or 12:00 noon, respectively at both residential and commercial addresses.

Your tracking data will be e-mailed to you by 9PM the night your package leaves our facility.
Sorry, we cannot ship to the Virgin Islands, Puerto Rico, Guam, Military (A.P.O & F.P.O), international, or Canada at this time.
